Your order will be delivered to the address you supply when placing an order at the web shop. Please note international delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs if outside the EU.

Shipping destinations

Global tracked shipping is available via dispatch from The Netherlands with PostNL, in partnership with local postage carriers around the world. This network comprises of over 190 countries, providing a true global delivery network.

Where possible, items will be sent with tracking information, however not all destinations are able to provide this once the shipment has arrived at the local port of entry. To find out what tracking is available for your destination, please refer to the PostNL table which indicates whether or not track & trace is available up to the country of destination.

Delivery times

Shipping logistics can vary wildly between destinations, and I am personally fulfilling these orders. Please allow up to 14 days for dispatch of each order and the following times for delivery once dispatched: EU (4-7 days), North America (7-14 days), Rest of World (14 days+).

Customs and duty

All items are taxed are dispatched from The Netherlands under the laws and regulations of The Netherlands. Although most deliveries run smoothly, please be mindful that some items may be subject to customs duties and/or delays, beyond my control. Please refer to your local laws or import value thresholds regarding any duties that may be calculated. In the event of any excess payment such as import duties or taxes, these will need to be paid directly by yourself to the relevant authority. By purchasing through this store, you agree to indemnify myself in full of any duties or taxes.

Returns (prints) or questions about deliveries?

To maintain lower overheads and keep pricing accessible to as many as possible, all prints are custom made to order, rather than dispatched from stock. As such, returns are not available due to buyer's remorse. In the rare event of damaged goods in transit, faulty products or wrong items received, a free replacement will be provided, upon receipt of evidence of the issue and proof of purchase.
